Audrey is a qualified therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's complexities. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Audrey is accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), adhering to their rigorous Code of Ethics. She is also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Psychological Society (BPS), underscoring her commitment to maintaining high professional standards and ongoing development.

In addition to her private practice, Audrey volunteers with respected charities including Time Norfolk and The Mix, offering counselling services to individuals dealing with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
