Welcome to the Akili Bora website. ‘Akili Bora’ is Swahili for ‘better mind’ and is a counselling service dedicated to supporting those whose thoughts, fears and anxieties prevent them from living their best life.

A core principle of effective counselling is the need to ensure that the client and counsellor are a compatible fit in terms of the professional relationship and the concerns that clients present. This is addressed at the initial consultation stage with the founder of the practice, Audrey Vuvi.
